We've all heard and felt it a million different ways. 2020 has been quite the year. At this time last year, we were just wrapping up our annual party celebrating our friends, clients and relationships built in the real estate community. This year is different but we are still reminded how valuable those partnerships are and the importance of connecting within the communities that surround us. In that spirit, BRIX Real Estate has changed up the game plan and we want to bring you in on the fun.  

This year, instead of our BRIX Bash, we are focusing our resources and energy on some amazing local businesses and supporting the work of some incredible non-profits. With over $30K committed by our generous sponsors, BRIX will be not only making donations, but in addition hosting a silent auction with all proceeds going to some highly deserving non-profits throughout the Twin Cities. We know how difficult this environment has become for many. When our local businesses suffer, charities do as well. We wanted to help BOTH as much as we can and by BRIX purchasing the items from local businesses and you bidding them up, it's a win-win!

• For Who: ALL auction items come from local businesses. ALL proceeds go to incredible non-profit organizations:  Simpson Housing Services, Greater Minneapolis Crisis Nursery, Jeremiah Project, MAD DADS of Minneapolis, Backpack Project MN, Secondhand Hounds and the Zero Abuse Project
