The discussion goes through the real current data and how it is actually a benefit and not scary. Another "scare" is the maintenance of a home or the "updates" that are wanted. Many people pay too much attention to the little cosmetic things that can be fixed for a minimal cost compared to looking at something that is completely finished for $50k more.
