Meet Sadey Koch, who brings a fresh perspective and genuine enthusiasm to real estate. Originally from Fargo and a graduate of the University of North Dakota, Sadey made the move to St Louis Park, Minnesota, and is passionate about the Twin Cities and exploring all the area has to offer.

Sadey’s professional journey has been varied, ranging from studying soil quality in a conservation lab as an environmental science major to serving coffee at a Colorado hotel famous for inspiring Stephen King’s “The Shining.” Most recently, she spent three years working with a fast-growing property management company in Grand Forks, ND, where she gained valuable insights into the real estate industry.

In her free time, Sadey can be found enjoying the many trails of the Twin Cities, a passion that stems from her history as a distance runner. She also loves trying out local coffee shops, always on the hunt for the best matcha latte.
