I was young and uneducated, and the agent was happy to wisk me blindly along to my first home purchase. She allowed me to overpay for a house in an inflated market in 2002. I was just a number to pad her stats for the month, I was her ATM, and I never heard from her again. I am still paying for that financial loss, and the frustration of that mistake is a huge reason I am passionate about helping others avoid the same mistakes.

Real estate experiences can be better than that! Clients are too important to be pushed through like robots.

I love homes and have been deep into them since high school. I have built them from the ground up and remodeled 140 year old homes. My wife and I are privileged to be landlords of several properties in East St. Paul. We are in the business of helping people transition well.

When I'm not selling homes, I am often home with my wife and three kids trying to dream up some sort of adventure with them. We enjoy a good road trip in our old RV, simple living, and a close community of friends. I love dogs, but don't own one.
